The switchboard, queues, supervision and IP phones are managed from a single console.
A call picked up at the desk carries on in the browser or on mobile, with the same number. IP phones are declared by their MAC address and configure themselves; servers run in our cloud, at your site, or both.

Koukou acts in your apps with your permissions, answers your calls and sums up your conversations. Your administrator turns it on where they want it.

You choose where your data lives: the Comunik cloud, a dedicated cloud in the country you pick, or your own hardware. The interface runs over TLS 1.3 and calls over SRTP, with two-factor sign-in and SSO. The management system is certified ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001.

What does Comunik show at the booth?
A live Sphere demo: Comunik KIT (the eight team communication apps), Comunik Connect (the contact center), Koukou AI (the assistant that suggests, while people decide) and the CMK range of IP phones.
How do I book a meeting with the team?

When is the Comunik workshop?
